Graduated naval academy at 1973
Served 5 years in Surface ships in several roles
Joined submarines service at 1977 and following Perisher, commanded two
Gal class submarines.
Later Following staff course, moved to HQ and became in charge of
Submarine and ASW capabilities in I.N. HQ.
During this period heavily involved in defining the Dolphin Class capabilities
as well as the Gal class MLU
After retiring moved to Rafael and led the center of excellence for acoustic
warfare.
Giyora today, is doing business development for UW systems
