My career has led me to specialize increasingly in management of projects which are complex, multi-national, large scale and high budget.

I have wide experience in coordination and managing of complex organization, which requires multidisciplinary skills in execution of engineering efforts as well as operative, in tight budget.

I have expertise in applying of modern leadership methods through staff motivating, decision-making and targets setting, searching and applying opportunities, in order to optimize organization performance.

Cosmopolitan background as living in Europe, together with my interest in other cultures has made me successful in managing international projects. This, together with my strong- experience in management in complex environment has made me well qualified for leadership positions in international organizations.
