Eyal was born in Atilt, Israel in 1960
Joined the naval academy in 1978 and graduated in 1980

Eyal served in the Israeli navy in various command  positions including:
Commanding officer of a Gal class submarine
Commanding officer of a fast missile boat (ASW)

The first commanding officer of the first in class INS Dolphin

Commanding officer of the submarine flotilla
Israeli defense attaché in Berlin
retired in 2009 at the rank of Navy Captain

Eyal Worked in Rafael naval directorate as marketing and BD director and for 4 years as Rafael’s representative in Brazil until 2019,today he is a private consultant and BD adviser.

Eyal has a BA in political science and Geography from Haifa university and MA in political science and National security from Haifa university and the National Defense College. 

Eyal is the president of the Dolphin association – Israel navy submarine veterans
